For years, my life revolved around bloating, constipation, and the anxiety of never knowing how my gut would respond. That experience shaped not only my health, but the work I do today.
My story
My passion for gut health was sparked in my early 20’s after a long period of stress. I couldn’t poop for days, my hair thinned, my skin broke out, and anxiety became a constant part of my life.
My body sent plenty of warning sings, but it took years before I truly listened and changed the trajectory of my health, and eventually my career.
It was a long path learning how to nourish myself and support my digestion. Two approaches made the most impact.
Ayurveda helped me to align my diet and daily practices with my unique constitution. Functional medicine gave me a deeper understanding of how the gut works, while functional lab testing allowed me to address root causes rather than surface level fixes.
My education reinforced what I had lived firsthand: healing happens when you understand your unique physiology and support it with intention.
Today, my approach blends evidence-based nutrition, functional lab testing, nervous system awareness, and sustainable lifestyle shifts. I focus on helping you understand why symptoms are happening so you can rebuild trust with food and feel lighter and more at ease in your body.

Drinking: In the morning, chai tea with homemade almond milk and maple syrup. At night, a refreshing glass of sparkling water with ACV.
Reading: I am in love with fantasy fiction, currently on Sarah J Maas’ Throne of Glass Series.
Something I’m proud of: I cooked professionally in New York City in some of the top-rated health-focused restaurants. it was a tough industry, but I learned so much about how to use food as medicine.
